1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Downtown (“Company” or “we”) governing your access to and use of the website and any purchases made therein. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Website.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Use of the Website by minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Product Information and Availability
3.1. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors without liability.
3.2. Due to the artisanal and bespoke nature of luxury furniture, minor variations in color, finish, dimensions, or texture may occur and shall not constitute a defect.
3.3. All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment

7.1. Non-custom products may be returned within 2 days of delivery, subject to inspection and return conditions.
7.2. Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.
7.3. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order; beyond this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1. We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
8.2. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or alterations by the Customer.
8.3. Except as expressly provided, all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
9. Intellectual Property
